Phase mixing and the Vlasov equation in cosmology

Abstract:
I will discuss a mixing effect which occurs for the Vlasov equation on Friedmann--Lemaitre--Robertson--Walker spacetimes when the expansion rate is suitably slow. This is joint work with Renato Velozo Ruiz.
